When you are off work or wellness center is closed due to holidays, you are not able to assist your clients. The creation of WellnessBot started with the collaborative development of the idea. Wellness center for which I implement chatbot should provide me with all the required information while simultaneously I work out all the functionalities and abilities of the chatbot that would benefit the users.
A development process starts with the chatbot prototyping, creating and botsflow and chatbot's persona. With this in mind, together with wellness team I create a friendly and welcomming persona that refers to itself as "WellnessBot".
WellnessBot is nice, caring and fun to talk to. I created a naturally understanable botsflow with an intuitive design that would be clear and easy to
comprehend for all users to use.
With the help of Dialogflow, WellnessBot has an impressive vocabulary featuring a large number of intents that the chatbot uses to communicate with users. Having such a huge "word bank" gives chatbot ability to understand a large variety of users requests.
While in the testing and training stage, I worked on chatbots NLP to make it flawless. The training of WellnessBot is still ongoing and currently I am working to make the chatbot as intelligent as possible.
